....a site where I can dl a cracked version of a GOOD html editor and a perl editor or whatever I really want to know I tried a few of @DemonBob@'s suggestions and they were bogus http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/frown.gif

I'm sorry, I cannot give you links to "cracked" versions of retail software. However, if you are very new to HTML and web design, you have access to good HTML editors - the ones that come with two popular browsers: FrontPage Express and Netscape Composer. These are two "free" HTML editors that can create pretty decent webpages. And you still got Notepad and Wordpad, which are two good HTML editors if you like hardcode crunching.

Some shareware/freeware Perl editors are also available online. Try visiting TUCOWS (http://www.tucows.com) or DOWNLOAD.COM (http://www.download.com), and search for it.

No need to use cracked full versions if you can use totally free and totally useful programs. It's not what you use to do your pages, it's how you do it http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/wink.gif
