Are you talking about Diablo or Diablo II? I guess you're talking about the original Diablo...

Anyway, as long as your computer meets the minimum requirements specified for the game (looks under the box for the requirements), you should have no problems installing it.

There is also a manual included with the game (if you bought yours through retail) which lists the instructions on how to install it.

Did you have problems installing it or something? If so, what errors were you having? Please post back with more details of the problem you're having, if any...

No manual? Okay...

First of all, the reason the game says "For Windows 95" is because when it was released three years ago, there was no Windows 98 yet. But rest assured that it DOES work with Windows 98.

I assume you still have the CD jewel case which contains the CD? Well, the instructions are also printed in the inside of the label. I will post them here, nevertheless:

Installation of Diablo

Place the Diablo CD into your CD-ROM drive, If your computer is AutoPlay capable, a Diablo menu will automatically appear on the screen.
Select Install Diablo from the list of choices, to start the installation program.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Diablo on your system.
After the game is successfully installed, you will have the option of adding a Diablo shortcut to your Start menu.

If you system is not AutoPlay capable, open the My Computer icon on your Desktop, then select the drive letter that represents your CD-ROM drive. Double click on the Setup icon, and continue as stated above.

Pretty straightforward instructions, but if you have problems installing it, post a reply HERE.

Please do not create a new subject for this problem, because I will just delete it again http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/smile.gif Thanks)
