Ok-my durability still stinks. But 60 of 745 is better than the 220 armor I've found. I managed to finish all of the quests in hell mode, but it wont let me into act 4. That damn patch again?

You sure you finished all the quests? And what do you mean it won't let you into Act 4? Does it mean you try to enter the portal at Mephisto's chamber and it won't let you through?

I don't really know if this'll work, but have you tried taking off your armor and placing it in your inventory before entering the portal? I once heard it worked but not often.
