Vidalia's Set Bug

The item set Vidalia's Rig is not functioning properly for me.
I have all four of the set items and the only modification that appears to work is the peircing attack. The complete set does not freeze targets when I hit them and it does not enhance the damage of my character, like it claims to.

Is it possible to release a patch to fix this item set?

We aren't blizzard, we are just a tech support site. We can't say wether or not blizzard will fix that exact issue. You can try emailing them, and seeing what they say, but if you ask me, I'd say don't hold your breath, since Blizz isn't exactly great at making an 'all-fixing' patch.

I wouldn't worry too much. Item sets are grossly underpowered from what they should be.
