Diablo II Battle.Net Help

[Fenix]

Battle.Net has been working fine for me, but ever since I installed this new USB external modem, I cannot connect to Battle.Net.
It wont go past the first step on connecting thru Diablo II which is: QUERYING GATEWAY....

I try all gateways to no avail. Any help please?

The best thing you can do is to check for updated firmware and drivers for the modem. Check the modem manufacturers website for the updates. They may also have fixes for your modem listed.

Another option would be to update your motherboard's BIOS. The latest BIOS may adress fixes for such devices or general fixes for the USB on the motherboard.

Hey I'm not the smartest with Computers but I THINK i know your problem. If it IS B-Net that you are using, Theres you problem http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/smile.gif most all of B-NET has been down lately...I had the same problem. Wait a few dayz. If that dont work do what Ion said and hook urself up wit some new drivers, and make sure that modem is compatible wit that game. But most likely its B-Net cuz they have been working on it lately, well thats all the help i can give ya

It's me again. I thought about that some more. Try going to the Other Multiplayer tab in the game then go to the TCP/IP tab. Go to Host and try making a Character and start up the game. If you can connect to that, well then it PROBABLY is battlenet so jus waite a while. Also try some other multi-player games like Half-Life er sumthing, and see if they work. Well thats all the info i can let out of my tiny little brain. see ya lata
