Stupid game doesn't work.....

Everytime I restart my computer I have to reinstall my Starcraft and Broodwar game. I used to not have this problem. It says a storm.dll file wasn't found.....what can I do?

For some reason it all of a sudden just started working....why? Now it's fine I guess it got scared that I came to the experts lol well thnx anyway....
