My Nintendo Gamecube Keeps Crahing Halfway Thought The Last Boss On Papermario:the Thousand Year Door, Please Help

Clean off the disc. If it's freezing at exactly the same place in the game, chances are the disc is dirty, or it's scratched in a bad spot. There are disc repair kits out there, but heavily breathing on the disc and wiping it off with the bottom of my t-shirt has always worked for me.
