Can Anyone Out There Plz Help Me???

I Am Playing Tiger Woods 2005 ps2 game online andthe problem i am having is that when i try to play a tournament , i get a message that says "there was a problem retrieving your acct information. Please try again." I have tried to get into a tournament for about 5 days now but still get same message. I have tried logging in at diff times but it made no difference. Can anyone plz plz plz help me. I would apreciate it.

Have you got a firewall installed? If so turn it off temporarily & try the connection again. If this works, you need to configure your firewall.
