My updated rosters are causing my Franchise and NFL Superstar Mode to freeze

I have updated roster that I did myself. When I try to load the Franchise Mode or Superstar Mode they both freeze when the rosters are loaded. But when I don't load the rosters they both work. How does the loading of the rosters affect the Game Modes?
