360 problems...

my 360 is on the fritz,guys.the ring of light wont light up when i plug in a controller and my controllers ring of light will have all four lit or if its my wireless itll just keep spinnin around.my tv like wont have any picture on it.the power cable works.its in an open space.i can hear the disk tray run when i turn it on.if i leave it on for over a minute to try and let things detect or whatever i get three rings of death.please help.
