You have to purchase the games. There are no legal free downloads. Plus, you can't play downloaded games on a Playstation. Check eBay, Amazon, GameStop, places like that might have some classic Playstation games... unless yer talkin' about a PS2 or 3, which those same places should have games for those systems too.
Or just rent games.
