Comes with a driver CD, USB Extension cord and a carrying strap. PNY is an excellent brand, this is a great deal, do not pass it up if you are looking at getting a USB flash drive. This is a USB v1.1, if anyone was wondering, so it works with USB 1.1 and 2. Transfer rate is 12mb/s, thats pretty fast compared to others out there.
