Hostbet.com

Does anyone know what is going on with the Hostbet.com website? They are "supposed" to be hosting my website and I can't get onto either my site or theirs! Did they disappear in the night?!?

I have the same problem, no answer from hostbet. It looks that 2popular.com has the same problems.

I am french and I can't phone hostbet to get some news (cost too much)
Here are administrative contacts :

HostBet.com
Edgar Estrella (sales@hostbet.com)
+1.7185610220
Fax: +1.7185610220
2121 Cedar Avenue Suite 5A
Bronx, NY 10468
US

I you can get some information, it would be nice for all hostbet users to tell them here.

Thanks

Elusive Hostbet

I tried the toll free number and it rang once and then a fast busy. I also contacted support@alldomains. Hostbet is a reseller under alldomains.com. Support was definitely not helpful at all. They couldn't say if Hostbet was even still in business and went on to tell me that if I couldn't get ahold of anyone there, they surely couldn't either! I will let you know as soon as I find something out!

Talked to a person at Hostbet

I should have waited to post because I just called the number that Garlic posted. I spoke to someone and left my phone number to have Edgar call me. She did say that there was a major problem that she thought was resolved with alldomains.com today. I guess we will have to wait and see. If not, I will call Edgar again tomorrow.

They are most likely having problems with their server. Don't sweat it, and just wait it out. If you feel your site was down long enough to merit a problem, call their custemer service and complain. Calling them right now does no good, it would be like screaming at a wall to move faster.

Thanks, that's good news, but it's stange that it cames from a DNS problem. It looks like a server problem. I looked at the main page www.hostbet.com cached by google and the domain www.2popular.com appears... but the domain name could not been resolved... thanks to google, I learn that 2popular is an hosting compagny too...

Perhaps they host hostbet ?

But if you say that the problem will be resolved today, that's really good news and I hope that it's true !

Sorry for my poor english but I'm tired, it is 4.10am in France lol

Good night all and thanks again !

Oh dear. Didn't pay much attention that I wasn't getting any email from my website due to the holidays. But, thinking back, the problems have been going on for quite a while. It seemed like an almost everyday occurance!
Well, Happy New Year to you, Garlic.

Thumbs up

We are back after a big fight with our server provider, we had to re-locate to new servers and new contract.
