Alienware Extracts 15% PENALTY

Don't take a chance on Alienware's refund policy. My new 16" Area-51 laptop delivered with old drivers, making monitor, sound and LAN all problem areas.

Tech. and Cust. support horrible. I want out of this mess but will pay a 15% penalty for trying to get a quality machine and not able to send it back for a full refund.

DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON ALIENWARE!

I feel your pain but vendettas deserve to be rants and raves and next time you post twice you might find your vedetta deleted.
