Bad Tech Support

i bought the chronicles of riddick : escape from butchers bay PC and i could not install it so i got on the vivendi universal web page and e-mailed tech my prob its been 4 days still no awser and i got on the fourms and there is ppl still waiting to install from dec 15 2004 so i e-mailed the ceo of star breeze and asked when a patch would be out to fix this crappy installer and he said "Were working on it so you will just have to wait" that was Johan Kristiansson the ceo of star breeze im really pissed at these guys for there so nice tech support

I also have problems installing the game. Does it happen during disc 3 of the installation; where you get a visual runtime error C++ or something like it? Please let me know what installation problem you're having and is it similar to this.
