MadOnion.Com is FUBAR

Yesterday and today I have been attempting to order SYSMark 2001.

Yesterday, I tried to call them to place the order. I also sent them an email explaining the problems.

Their website has been rejecting my credit card orders. Today, I found out I had 5 charges for the order on one credit card and 2 charges on another card. I only wanted one copy. arrghh...

Be careful of poorly managed online stores. That's my lesson for the year.

I had that happen to me with EBWorld. I pre-ordered Diablo II Collector's Edition when it was coming out. They charged my card 3 times and only shipped the one. Took over a month to get it squared away and my money back.

My friend pre-ordered the same thing there and they sent him two copies but only charged him for one.

It's easy if you purchased with the CC.... just dispute the charges with your CC company and forget about it, they always get things lined out.

I also had huge probs, when ordering. I finally got through to there customer service and they were very unhelpful. Whe I eventually got the software 3 weeks late it was the wrong version about 7 months old.

I may of simply had bad luck but there was a bit to much bad luck for me liking....
