After two weeks of tweaking, changing and updating, I'm proud to say that Open Tech Support is back with its brand new shiny layout and it's spankin new forum!
This month, OTS.Net celebrates its first year of existence as a website, and it has been a rollercoaster year indeed. Starting out as a Blizzard tech support site, OTS.Net has expanded its horizons to encompass general hardware and software, as well as games other than Blizzard's. What a crazy trip it has been, but we're still here, and here we're gonna stay.
Expect some more radical changes within the website in the next week or two, as we beef up our tech support muscle with additional features that will keep you coming back here. Our domain name will be pointing to this server in the next couple of days, and we will be cranking out some great articles and reviews for you.
And we're even going to have a contest! With prizes!
