MTV True Life "Im a Gamer"

I think it comes on tonight @ 9pm, not sure exactly. But if youve never seen MTV's True Life before, they follow people around durring certain things or activities in life and get full access to everything. They show both sides of the story too. Like there was one about marijuana. They followed the people who use it/grow it, then they followed the police who fight it.

Its a pretty good show. For all you gamers though, this next one should be pretty good. I saw a preview of it earlier, looks to be great. Dont miss it!

Well they dont stalk the people, lol. The people know they are there, as its not some hidden camera. They give consent for them to follow. Its a really good show, I havent seen all of them but many I have.

They did one about "Furries", which are people who gain sexual pleasure from wearing costumes of animals and characters, like at disneyland. That was freaky. There was another where these kids were embarassed by their parents. One of the kids dad was obcessed with star wars and he would dress up like a Jedi. Another kids dad was like stuck in the 60's and would make references to Nixon and talk about how "A bust is going down" all the time. That was my fav one, very funny.

That would be the "Furries" I was talking about. I wonder if they get any trolls at their conferences.

Happarently not, Considering all the other garbage they throw on every now and then, it's pretty lame. And get this, if we go to war, they are going to be showing the NCAA tournament on MTV, how lame is that? eesh, but of course if we go to war, that's the least of my worries...

I'll stick to my non mainstream music listening habits, all though I did find this rather cool music station, MMUSA on Digital Cable, and it has this show called Uranium which shows Metal videos only. It's a half hour but 5 days a week, pretty sweet.

WTF, where did you hear that? That is stupid. Whats gonna be on ESPN and Fox Sports Net then? ABC and Fox are gonna show the war on all their stations at the same time?

If we go to war, my biggest worry is how long I have to see a jackass on a mic with clay buildings in the background talking out of his ass about how much danger he is in to bring us this important story of him being retarded by standing in the middle of a warzone.

the reporters should feel lucky we didn't go to war during sweepsweek, one of them might "run across" a terror-bomb squad that "just happened to be passing through" to help boost the ratings. horrible part is if they did get blown up the news station would actually get more ratings

Back on topic;
So if they have this true life about a gamer, how interesting is it going to be to watch someone else play video games for an hour, and let's not forget all of his commentary, I think if I ever see this episode it'll piss me off, just a hunch though.

He better not start talking about hackers on battle.net
