Your favorite New York City movie scenes

I'm going to New York City with my girlfriend in early December and thougt it would be cool to explore the city based on movies/TV scenes. So what are some of your favorie scenes from movies that are at least partially shot in New York City. I'll start.

Splash, ice skating in Rockefeller Center.
(OK my favorite would really be Ghostbusters, but I don't know enough about NYC to know where the famous scenes were taking place. Fill me in if you can)

if its a romantic get away got to go to Empire State Building... ala the end scene from YOU GOT MAIL. I would recommend the Staten Island Ferry but they seem to be having trouble docking these days.

I agree, the ESB has been used in several movies (add Sleepless in Seattle and An Affair to Remember to that list, hehe), so I guess you can't go wrong there if you intend to go mushy...

I personally haven't been to New York, but my brother has, and if you're into the theater scene, you might wanna visit Broadway too ... and Madison Square Garden is a must, of course

You can first try renting Godzilla (the 2000 version), and check out the buildings he wrecked
