Macross Toys

Did any of you guys have these? Oh man! the metallic ones where you can transform and stuff were awesome!! I had a YF-1 or something when i was a kid, but i lost it!!!!

Anyway, i was searching around ebay, and i found the same model... for 400 bucks!

That totally sucks butt. Or... I could spend 20 bucks on a plastic dupe, but... that's just not playing legit j/k. I think i'll go with the plastic one.

What do you guys think? Should i spoil myself big? or spoil myself small...? Or not spoil myself at all?

Homer.

Haha Homer...

When I was in Japan I bought a Gundam plastic model for 3200 yen (about 30 bucks USD) for my little baby cousin. Then the more I looked at it the more I wanted to keep it for myself heh... then when I brought it home my sister told me that you had to build the model yourself, and then I REALLY wanted to keep it....

In the end I gave it to my cousin (on the very day that I came back, actuallly)... He can't do anything with it yet, so his dad just put it away until he grows up...

I wanna build it dammit!

I had one of those, a tank that turned into a big robot. I lost most of the detatchable parts (gun barrel, and some other little piece). It was neat, I think I still have it somewhere... maybe....

Cool

when i was like 7 i got into building model cars for a very short time (3 cars total) my first 1 was that cub scout car that was made of wood - ok stoopied, i bought1 at walmart hehe-stoopied, then i bought 1 not even opened at a yeard sale for 5 bucks and it looked really old... i took it home and opened it then built it and then played w/ it then i took it in the mud and then to the creek and by the end of the day it was ruined hehe and then my uncle came down about a week later and told my mom that i shouldnt have ruined that car i built because it was worth like 800 bucks oh well hehe oh well i had fun w/ it (it was a real mess to hehe)

Dude, what year were they built? i don't think they made red and blue yf-1's in the 80's, but i could be wrong I was only 4-6 yrs old back then lol.

What do i think? i think u should either sellem, or rip open the boxes, slap the stickers on, and start playing with them lol
