(Looking for) Chocobo wav or FF7 soundset

So I've been trying to find a less intrusive AIM sound for incoming messages for awhile (and in the meantime I've been using "moo.wav" because it's slightly annoying than the default). And in a brilliant stroke of genius the other day, I thought of using the Chocobo wark sound.

The problem is, I'm actually having a lot of difficulty finding a sound set from Final Fantasy 7. The closest thing I've come to is a FF7 sound theme for Adium, and the annoying thing is that it's *missing* the Chocobo sound.

So, since I know there are a lot of FF7 freaks here, would any of you happen to have a collection of FF7 sound effect files in any format?

also wasn't there a song with a chockobo wark from fast and the furious??? maybe tokyo drift?
