Comm Device Needed

Situation:

80 salesmen located inside large casino for 3 days for buisness show without cell coverage and no way of contacting them to meet and greet cutomers as they enter the building.

Mission:

Need to be able to find the best mobile, lightweight, userfriendly and "salesmenproof" technology to be able to contact an individual or group of salesmen from anywhere inside the building quickly and easily.

I was thinking of perhaps a good walkie talkie system or even the behind the ear piece thingy. Any suggestions, links and information would be greatly appreciated.

the casino should have wireless internet access. Give the top salesmen a laptop and a webcam and you can video conference when he gets all the other salesmen together and maybe even project the video from the laptop webcam to a large screen.
