Partitioned Hard drives

I have a partitioned hard drive that has a 16Gb C drive almost full and a 14Gb D drive that has nothing on it. How do I take out the partition for one large hard drive? Thanks

store data on the second partition to keep it when your os crashes.

partition magic will do what you want http://www.partitionmagic.com/partitionmagic/ at $70 bucks though your almost better off getting a new 80 gig drive
