I7 Gaming rig or home theater system..

I am debating on building an I7 Gaming rig or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16882120122 or something similar..

I am going to wait for the 2nd gen mobo/i7 cpu( around maybe winter 09 or so) and for the sound system i was going to get it but i had to put down $400 down payment on my 21st party bus and i had to pay rent -_-" but next year i'll get a sound system i can wait.. thxs for the reply though..
