Panic!

Sorry i am in a state of panic here.
Yesterday, I could log in to Yahoo mail, but when I clicked on the new email Icon, nothing happened.
cannot load ANY microsoft sites.
So, I went to my wifes computer, same thing?
I can go anywgere else on Internet Explorer, and I cannot access any microsoft sites, or Yahoo email Through netscape.
I apologize in advance here for not searching the past posts, but the problem seems to be worse.
I have scanned, re-scanned, and system is , to my knowledge clean.
I was going to go to Ms support, but it's a no-go

Could it be some local problem on your ISP?
Is it still happening? or maybe now you can access this sites?
Have you tried to erase all cached files in your browser ?
