Hey guys,
My Clan have recently made ourselfs a website, we are having the problem with it.
The site uses a few frames around the sides, and when ever we make a change to the site, we refresh and it stays the same, we have to click on refresh the frame, the site is made mostly in Html and there is also some Php around, anyone know what may be the reason of this?
