Video actionscript

What actionscript do you assign to a button for it to load play and stop a video on a FLVplayer .

www.flashkit.com that question should not be here.. but usuallly goto(frame) and stop and play do most everything u need

I apologize, I just assumed that a catergory listed under (My question has to do with Web Development and the Internet) this title would be here,afterall Flash is Web Development right?
