Outlook Express error message

I receive this message when I start my Outlook Express. Cannot send or receive. I know I am connected to the server because my e-mail works on my providers e-mail page. This is exclusive to Outlook Express. Can anyone tell me the fix? Thanks.

Cool Re: Outlook Express error message

You're not using the beta of Office 2007, are you? I suggest you download it for $1.50 . It's one of those rare Microsoft programs that's worth more than you pay for it. Just be sure to go back to the Office 2007 page and download the technical refresh. I suggest this because the full Outlook is better than Outlook Express.

The link for the Office 2007 page:
