good website builder

hi, i just made a new website, and want to kno what is a good free website builder/creator? i kno there is MS frontpage, and the coffecup but those cost money. i got this thing called the "actual drawer" but is like a demo mode and sucks. any ideas?
and is there any way to get free forums too?

haha, i kno u can use notepad, but im just that lazy....
i once bought a book about how to write html, but i never did learn/use it.

ok, well ive got dreamweaver (no worries, its just a free trial)
i kno a little bit bout html, but i created a contact page, and i made a text box for the name, and one for the comment, but the submit button doesnt work. does any1 kno what to write to get that to go an email address?
