Re: Websites addresses Problem?

are you using firefox or IE?

I don't think you can stop it from showing you all the sites you've visited unless you clear the cache. If you clear cache it'll show you nothing, until you start visiting websites again. So if it bothers you a lot you'll end up clearing your cache quite often I think.

edit: With firefox you can set it to delete your personal information everytime you close firefox. And you can set what you want to be "personal information" so if you want to keep all your saved passwords and saved form info and cookies, just limit personal information to "Cache" and that should take care of your problem.

It's the only solution I can think of, and I'm not sure if it works with IE... cuz really now... who uses IE

Re: Websites addresses Problem?

If you are using IE click on tools, Internet Options and on the Advanced tab scroll down to where Security is listed. If you check the box labeled "Empty Temporary Internet Files when I close the browser" this should work.

Re: Websites addresses Problem?

If you want to clear it once but not every time you close IE 7 you can leave the advanced set as is and then click <tools> <internet options> , look where it says "history" and click the button that says "delete" and a dialog will open allowing you to decide what type of files to delete.
