wireless isp?

My cousin is going to get a laptop tomorrow, she travels almost everywhere in New York.. she wants intenet but she is never home so she wants wireless internet that anywhere she goes she is connceted.. i found some ISP but they dont work in ny or the areas she is in.. can anyone help us out??

Cell Phone companies tend to sell internet cards for laptops. I'd look into that.

Verizon is pretty good, if you want something faster Sprint/Nextel offers faster speeds though. If your cousin already has one of those as a cell provider go with the air cards they offer.
