I get a green screen when streaming shows oniline

I am not sure if this is a hardware problem or a internet problem. Probably a hardware problem since I picked the internet tap here. A few months ago I could stream most any Network site. Now all of a sudden I can see the commercials (lol) but when the show resumes I get a green screen with sound. Sometimes I can get half way through a show then it turns green.
Btw I have a really fast internet connection. When streaming Netflix movies I have to click on the option to slow down the speed in which it is sent.
The only network I can strream is CBS. I have a very old pc, Ion's old 850 Althlon running WinXP with a GeForseFX 5200 AGP8X 128mg.. I am reading from the box;)
I have 384 Megs of Ram and 80 Gig hard drive.
Other than my pc is older than some of you, does anyone have a clue why I get the green screen ?
I can't afford nor want to buy more ram caz I am getting my dream machine in a few months.
