Reminder DATE YEAR TIME

This thing keeps popping up and it says "Reminder and then the date, year and then time". I hate it I read some other forum things and it said it had to do with messenger, but i tried all that stuff and it dont work.. If anyone know what i am talking bout PLEASE HELP ME

Run Ad aware and Spybot to clear any wierd links that you do not need.

Sorry, i tried that, i tried everything like spybot, ad aware, i downloaded some pop up blockers, it all doesnt work.. please i need help
