Depends on the plasma you have. If it's an older one it probably has some issues with burn in (and computers usually use some pretty high-contrast displays). Even if it's a new one some still have issues with burn-in. So if you do, just be careful and don't leave anything on a high-contrast picture for too long. And when I say too long, I'm talking for a few hours.
What kinda plasma? Just to be sure.
