track mobile GPS location

Does anyone know of a site or software where you enter a GPS mobile number and it'll show u where this mobile phone is currently located ?

i doubt it. think about it. that would be the end of personal privacy as we know it.

even the police cant do it without the phone companies that own the towers cooperation.

there are gps tracking devices and software for use with fleet vehicles, if that is your interest.
