decompression bomb?

i was scaning my pc with avast! one night.. the next morrning when i check it said i have a decompression bomb.. i tryed to remove it but nothing... i looked online and did my research.. and if i dont remove it.. this will happend:

The attack occurs when antivirus decompresses or unpacks a decompression bomb and attempts to run it in a virtual machine. Decompression bomb may crash the antivirus and/or subject the system to a denial of service attack by heavily loading the CPU.

boot into safe mode, and run your av again. if it still cannot remove it, youll have to do it manually.

You could also try scanning with other virus scanners, such as Trend Micro's online scan or using... oh what was it called... clam somthing or other... it can be run off a USB drive. I believe it's an open source scanner too.
