Low resolution after reformat

My mom just reformatted our Dell Dimension 3000. It's the first time in the few years that we've had it that we needed to do it. It is working ok, but the resolution is at the minimum and only goes up to 16 colors and can't be changed. Any ideas as to how this may be fixed?

Re: Low resolution after reformat

I take it you found and installed up to date video drivers and it fixed the problem?
