UAC pops up every time

Every time I open any program a UAC pops up and makes me enter my admin password an a standard account and pops up in my admin account. Other than disabling UAC, how do I fix this?

What OS are you running?
You could check for malware/spyware & viruses also.
Did this just start happening?
Is the account a limited user account?

I'm running Vista Home Premium. It started a few weeks ago. On either of my two standard accounts the UAC pops up and asks for my admin password. On my admin account the UAC pops up and I have to click continue. There are no malware/spyware or viruses. I use Spybot, Spyware Guard, Winpatrol, Spyware Blaster, AVG Antivirus, and PC Tools Firewall Plus.

If it started a few weeks ago, had you installed any programs around that time?
Could you do a system restore to a point before your problems.
