I CAN host Warcraft 3 games, but people get stuck at 0
Yeah, I can in fact host games, and people can join, but more than half the time and more than half the people that join get stuck at 0 and cannot download.
I thought maybe this was because I am at a university and thought maybe the bandwidth was all being eaten up by possible downloading torrents, etc etc. If theres something I can do to fix this problem so people can get past 0 while trying to download from me, please let me know! Thanks!
