Problem connecting To Lineage2(Hardware issue)

Hi all friends.I know that i put game correct all patch and everything is correct i have problem when i connect in login screen it have much latency(lag) and i can do anything i have tried everything like re-install game setup,update graphic drivers but still same problem also i asked many friends and noone can give me a true answer and noone was sure.i Ask you cause u do ur Job and ur the best for this.Can u help me solve this problem? I would really Aprecciate i am waiting an answer as soon as possible Bye and Good Going to ur Paths mates.
