stronghold multiplayer doest work for me

Stronghold 2 multiplayer hasnt been working for over a week now, it says "online support for stronghold2 is temeraliy unavailable"ive played it before and i have all the patchs...and i dunnoif i shouk reinstall it or is this just something that happens....plz just post something..i dunno if this is something that happened or happening to everybody or just me
