None, Consoles are not ment to be online.
What do you mean by being supreme? The one with the best capabilties or the one with the most users?

Well, if one has the most users then you can bet they have the best capabilities.

Xbox. Hands down. They're going all out. The PS2 might be comparible, but from the little I've kept up, the Xbox will reign as an online console.

I'm with Bob on this one ... the main reason I got a console was because I was pretty sick of all the online, multiplayer games sprouting like mushrooms...

Agreed. But you're a PC gamer. All those console-only gamers have been denied rich multiplayer and have had to sacrifice graphics and half of their screen to play with a buddy. The Xbox will pull in all those people, and they will rejoice in rich multiplayer goodness.

Probably not as easily, but I'm sure they'll figure something out.

I think Microsoft will dominate in this case. They have a more advanced console to work with, and I think this is going to be a major hit for the Xbox, more than for any other console.

From what I hear they already need to work something out with pausing. I'm under the impression that if you're going to lose you can just pause it and wait for hte other person to leave, in effect forcing a loss on them and gaining a win. There are all kinds of exploits that people can take advantage of to get an unfair edge over their opponents, just because it's on a console, doesn't mean it'll be cheat-free. Far from.
