What did you think of the year 2002?

Now that the year is ending, what did you think of it? Was it pretty much a good year for you? A bad one? Or just the same as any other year? What did you like or hate about it?

Between working all night and sleeping all day.. I didn't really notice.

Then again, I gotta say the last week or so has been pretty good.

When I look at it objectively, it's been a pretty good year -- For the first time in my life, I have a solid job, good pay, no major debts, a decent apartment, a nice new car, and money in the bank. Everyone in my family is healthy and happy. I was able to buy everyone good Christmas presents for the first time in my life. I took a great vacation to Los Angeles. I turned 25, so my insurance went down.

The best part of the year? The man I love asked me to marry him.

I guess the bad parts of the year have been the lonliness and isolation that come from living in a small, strange town where I don't know anyone, missing my friends and loved ones, never going out and doing anything or meeting anyone because it would interfere with my nights-and-weekends work schedule...

My New Year's Resolution is to find some balance between the financial and personal parts of my life. Wish me luck!

Sucked.

Giants lost the world series. Thats enough to make any year suck.

All things considered, every good thing balanced every bad thing. I guess it was just another year gone by and another candle on the birthday cake.

I'd say it was a pretty good year. As years pass I'll be able to withdraw many good memories, and I'm satisfied with the way I've spent it.

Three members of my family dying made this a not-so-good year.
