Re: my website
In just my opinion the first thing that made me close the window was the music. There's too much flashy things on the page, then again it doesn't look like you're trying to actually accomplish anything other than a fancy page.
You might want to cut down on the pointless graphics, especially the animated ones. Also, your navigation could use some improvement, perhaps a fixed location. For example, keeping it on the left or on the right for each page. Instead of having it change its location on each page.
The pictures on each page just seem to be really disorganized. You should try putting them in frames and divide each gallery into pages, that way those with slower connections don't have to load all the gallery at once.
EDIT: Please don't take this negatively. Haha, sorry if it came off that way. Just trying to give you some constructive criticism. As Bishop said below me, stick with it. You shoulda seen my first webpage. :-P

Re: my website
Eh, it's a fine attempt at a first website.
Improvments come in down the road, if it's something you stick with they tend to come quite naturally.
Don't worry about it.

Re: my website
Broken link. Or at least I can't see it, and I checked all network connections and other sites work.
But anyway, down there is mine.

Link shouldn't be broken, I've seen other people click on the link already. Maybe my network was bad when you tried.

Re: my website
Text only, (as in .txt) means NO formating. You have bold on that page (and hyperlinks), which are formating. Unless you meant just text and no objects such as pictures. I did file > save as, and Internet Explorer prompted me to save it in html, not plain text. That link to my system specifications page is in plain text.

I think you're a tad bit confused: text-only and plain-text don't mean the same thing. As you mentioned later, text-only simply means no images or objects (a ppt page, even if it only has text on it, would probably not be considered text-only) - nobody makes websites out of txt files, because they just wouldn't do anything. And just so you don't get confused by that statement, it's fine for a website to have txt files as data, but not as the site itself or as a page in the site itself.

Re: my website
omg, the animations ..... the pink background, the neon green flashing background ....
*runs away screaming*
Seriously tho, try to adopt a "less is better approach*. Softer, more muted colours and less animations will make it more appealing.
