I've been hosting a free image hosting site for some time, and recently changed it over to allow file hosting as well. The default public uploader only allows images no bigger than 7MB, but if you register for an account you can upload and share almost any file type (documents, video, zips, etc...).
Registered accounts get:
500MB Storage
5GB Monthly Bandwidth
25MB Max uploaded filesize
