Open Tech Support celebrates its EIGHTH year online!

Wow, it's been that long already, huh?

Open Tech Support is proud to announce that today marks the eighth year of this site. When OTS was launched in June 2000, it was merely a Blizzard-related technical support site, with no forums, and just a bunch of FAQs compiled. Much has happened since then, and amid the ups and downs that the site has enjoyed and endured, we are still here. Through thick and thin, amid forum politics and drama, our site has survived.

We at Open Tech Support would like to thank our members and visitors who have continued to visit our site through the years, especially to those who have stuck with us from the beginning.

The last two years have not been too kind to this site, but we are still working on revitalizing the site and bringing it back to its former glory. For this, we would need your help.

Open Tech Support is now calling on volunteers who can contribute content to the site (i.e. news, guides, reviews, articles, etc). Help us jumpstart OTS once more!

Thanks again to everyone who visits the site, and we hope to see you again in our ninth, tenth, and twentieth year! (hey, anything's possible!)
