I doubt the problem is with your RAM. Errors with win32k.sys can occur because of IRQ conflicts. Playing a game could trigger these errors because you'd be using your video card, sound card, etc.
Go to Start >> Settings >> Control Panel.
Double-click the System icon.
Choose the tab that says "Hardware."
Click the button that says "Device Manager."
In the device manager, click on your sound card and look for an IRQ Conflict error message. Do the same for your video card. If you're using a joystick or any other peripheral during the games that crash, look for IRQ conflicts in those devices too.
