wow thing winamp plugin help!

I formatted my drive and installed XP SP1 from XP non SP1 and when i installed wowthing for winamp and select it in the plugins screen it turns on because i hear it but no gui for wowthing shows up. A friend of mine installed SP1 for winxp and the same thing happened to him. Is there anyway to fix this?
