Help! Logon is FUBAR

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition just so you know. Ok, so I was trying to change my logon screen to something a little different, and I was using the program "LogonUIBootRandomizer" to do it. I've used this program before, but I've never had any problems with it. I downloaded a new logon from themexp.org and put it in the program like normal, except when I went to log off and check it, I get a huge error and I haven't been able to get back into windows since.

The error I get is:
C:\PROGRA~1\themexp\THEMEX~1.ORG\TBEZA1~1.EXE
Not enough quota is available to process this command.

I can't get passed it. I press ok and it comes back up again. I tried everything from Safe Mode to last known good config... can't do anything. I need to logon to get anywhere in my computer. I'm sure those of you who've messed with the logon before and have had problems know what I'm talking about. But anyways, this is on my laptop, and I have no floppy drive, so I was using my USB thumb drive along with Win XP Pro CD Restore Mode DOS to copy over my old logonui.exe files into the System32 dir but that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this??? Other than to reformat my computer... which would be a last... very very last resort if I had to.

Re: Help! Logon is FUBAR

Unfortunately I just did exactly the same thing. I think it may be the logon of the BMW Z9? But thats not imortant. Have you by any chance sorted out you computer yet?

Im still trying everything I know how to actually try and get back in but everything I try seems to be blocked by the error message, even safe mode and last known good configuration.

I have one word: HELP (please)

Now all that happens is that a quater way through the XP setup, my computer reboots for no apparent reason, and starts the XP setup all over again. Anyone out there know what the hell is going on? please help....

Re: Help! Logon is FUBAR

I'm going to make this quick because I have to run to class in 10 minutes, but this is what I did:

I tried everything possible known to man to try and fix the bitch with no avail. So I decided that it was hopeless. However, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that you can get all your old files off of your computer, the bad news is that you have to reformat once you're finished.

I used a program called Bart PE. Put that into google and click the first link that comes up. It's a program that makes a bootable windows xp pro cd for you. I was able to boot up with it, and depending on the plugins you install, you can either copy over your files onto another network computer or use nero to burn them right then and there. It's a pretty badass program and it's great to use when your computer won't boot. Once you get everything off of it, insert your winxp cd and get to reformatting. For me, I just put in my ghost cds and within 10 minutes I was up and running again.

That's my only advice... I tried the win xp repair and crap and got the blue screen too. What a waste of time. Microsoft products suck ass.

If you need anymore help, just keep posting and I'll see what I can do.
