Since we have been getting numerous emails asking (and sometimes demanding) technical support for AOL and POGO games, we decided to put up this post to clarify and direct our visitors to the proper sites:

Open Tech Support is an independent, volunteer-driven tech support site and will not be able to help you with AOL problems concerning connectivity, billing and other matters. Please visit the
AOL Support site if you want help from AOL.
2.) POGO Games Support can be obtained from their website (go to http://www.pogo.com, and click on "Help" on top of the page). If you have forgotten your login/password, check this page.
